Chaos has engulfed London’s Clapham Common after reports of a shooting this evening.
Three people have been injured and others were treated at the scene, the London Ambulance Service said.
Emergency crews were called at around 5pm to Clapham Common South Side, the service said.
In a statement, it added: ‘We sent a number of resources including ambulance crews, operational managers, advanced paramedics and London’s air ambulance.
‘We treated three people at the scene and took two to a London major trauma centre and one to hospital.’
Multiple Metropolitan Police vans and cars can be seen outside the Tube station.
